So I decided to dig out my juice I got for Christmas a few years ago from my dad. I have only used it once before since it’s a pain to clean! I just dug around the fridge and pantry for some GREEN juicing items and came up with the following:
If you can’t tell, we have:
3 Green apples (2 Granny Smith, 1 Golden Delicious…I think)
1/2 (very) large cucumber
1 bunch romaine lettuce
1 bunch baby kale
Looks weird since it separated but I just popped on the lid and shook it a bit to blend. I also squeezed some fresh lemon juice into the finished product.
I had a bit that night and the rest the next day and to be honest, it tasted just as good as ‘day-of-fresh’ but still decent. Time to keep experimenting!
Instead of packing my juicer away due to lack of use, I kept it on the counter to keep experimenting with juicing possibilities!
Also…FYI: I’m now on Day 21 of that squat challenge I accepted…Legs…hurt…
My guilty pleasure. Love em. I think I’ve dranken too much caffeine today though, starting to twitch a lot lol.
New mug! I bought this a few days ago from Target of all places. It was only $3 and I wish I had bought more sigh. I just think it’s so darling.
